Hey everyone, today I'm venturing into the scary world of fashion blogging! I took a little trip to Primark today, and I thought I would share my purchases with you all, as Primark has really stepped up their game recently. There's also a lot of unusually bright purchases for someone who has lived life in monochrome for the past six months!
Just a basic pair of grey cotton shorts - perfect for lounging about in or sleeping in when it gets warmer! Also great for when I go on holiday and denim shorts just aren't an option! £3
Cropped grey trackies - again perfect for lounging about or going to the gym in (paha!) and they're really comfy too. The label fell off these but I think they were £5?!
Coca-cola vest top - I will be pairing this with denim shorts or jeans in the months to come as it's so summery and the cut off arms make it really good when it gets hotter. £6
Some really basic denim shorts, a staple for the summertime! Perfect paired with that coca-cola top... £5
Blue and white floral chiffon vest top - so bright but I love it. This is so summery and the light fabric makes it perfect for those hot summer days (hopefully) to come. £4
A lovely little basic pink vest top, I can never buy enough of these! Cheap and cheerful, go with everything and really comfy too. £2.50
Another chiffon vest top, but the faux leather pocket detail gives it a little something extra and it's quite sturdy feeling too. £4
So happy about this purcase! Gorgeous thin stripes, this will be perfect with a pair of jeans and some sunnies for a laid-back look. £3.50
A massively risky purchase for someone who has avoided the check trend for almost forever, but I love it! Beautiful floaty cut, flattering and simple. £10
Gotta get a pair of sunnies! These ray-ban style ones will go with everything for a tough-girl edge. £1
Yay for reductions! This was £5 down from £8 and is really lovely and thick, which will make it perfect for those cooler evenings and will take me right into winter.
Last but not least, some new jeans. My black ones are feeling slightly unseasonal, so I picked up the exact same style, just in blue. Really comfy and not overly high waisted! £10
So there it all is! Really happy with everything which is rare as Primark is so hit and miss, but there were some gorgeous clothes! All of this comes to £59, which is amazing considering how much I loved everything.
Which are your favourite pieces? See you all next week!
