My Current Skincare Products

Hey again! I'm back and this time I'm reviewing my two current go-to skincare products. These are BiorĂ© Pore Unclogging Scrub and Neutrogena 2-In-1 Wash and Mask. These two are both oil-free, which is a must for my super oily skin, and they are also deep-cleansing, which is really nice, as I like that deep-down clean feeling after I've washed my face.
First up, it's Bioré:

The packaging isn't as modern as it could be, but everything is nice and clear and to be honest, it's what's inside that counts! This scrub is really nice to use, with the micro-beads that I love! It's also got salicylic acid in it and it's oil-free, and this really is what my skin needs. It leaves my skin feeling really clean, super soft, and I've noticed a definite reduction in my blemishes, which is excellent! It's a definite repurchase, and at just £4.99, it's easy on my purse too.

I must admit, I've not actually used this as a wash, as I only bought it because of the mask element. However, I would be reluctant to use it as a wash purely because it's very thick and it's too smooth for my liking. It has the micro clear technology, and although I don't actually know exactly what that means, I do know it's a really good mask. It's got clay and menthol in it, so it really draws out impurities whilst waking me up and leaving my skin feeling refreshed and soft. When it's on the cold feeling is quite strong (I recommend not moving around!) but not wholly unpleasant. I've been using it for a few weeks now and have noticed that it definitely draws out everything under the skin-so you will break out before clearing up, but this doesn't bother me particularly, and so I would repurchase this again as I do like it, and again it's fairly cheap at £3.99.

See you next week!

Bomb Cosmetics Coco Beach Moisturiser Review

Hey guys! I'm back again and this time it's a body product! This is actually my favourite moisturiser and I thought I'd share the love with you all.
Okay first off, some pictures!
I think the packaging is really pretty, so that's a bonus point, but it's what's inside that matters! This moisturiser has a light feeling on the skin so it doesn't feel like you're slapping on treacle, and it absorbs so quickly, which is lovely if you're busy (like most of us!). The smell is absolutely gorgeous too. It's that exact smell that always reminds you of holiday (don't worry, it doesn't smell like sunblock!) but it's not overwhelming. It is an odd sort of green colour, but as you can see this doesn't really translate onto the skin.
Finally, it makes your skin so beautifully soft-you won't be able to stop stroking your skin after, trust me! It also lasts such a long time-a little goes a long, long way (I've had this tub since last summer!)
It retails for £7.99 from bombcosmetics.co.uk
Bye for now!

MUA Conceal and Brighten Kit Review

Hey again! This week I'm going to be reviewing MUA's Conceal and Brighten Kit. I am constantly on the lookout for the perfect concealer, and I often find myself let down! I've been known to spend £20 plus a pop on concealers, so I have to admit, I bought this kit having little to no expectations for it.

However, MUA really have pulled it out of the bag with this one! The consistency is beautifully creamy without feeling oily on the skin, it doesn't drag and it covers amazingly well! I'm talking redness, dark circles and blemishes all taken care of. The pans are really nice and deep, so I won't be running out any time soon, but the product is so highly pigmented that I don't need to use much to cover effectively anyway.

It comes with two concealers and a highlighter made to fit your skin tone. The slightly darker concealer I find covers dark circles best, whilst the lighter colour is best for redness and blemishes. And although I haven't really used the highlighter, I do find it's actually better to use as a buildable blusher as it is quite pink.

As you can see the darker coloured concealer is on the far left, followed by the lighter concealer and the highlighter.

I have been using this palette in the shade porcelain for just over two weeks now and would actually be hesitant to use anything else, despite the more expensive brands I've tried.

And finally, the price? Just £3.50 from Superdrug!

Rimmel Precious Stones Review

Happy New Year! Today I will be reviewing Rimmel Precious Stones nail polishes in Ruby Crush and Diamond Dust.

I absolutely love Rimmel. It has to be one of my favourite high street brands and it's never disappointed with it's nail polishes, so with these two little beauties being released I just had to try them!

Yet again, Rimmel impressed me! They claim to provide 'Full On Glitter Colour' and these polishes don't fall short! They have a sandy, almost gritty texture to them, but this isn't unpleasant and they provide a matte finish, which looks lovely, although I used a topcoat as I like my polishes to last a fairly long time. The first coat doesn't provide much colour payoff, but the second coat brings out the full beauty of these polishes.
Ruby Crush is a dense bright red packed with plenty of tiny red glitter and larger, round silver glitter, and Diamond Dust has a mixture of tiny gunmetal grey and silver glitter and larger hexagonal silver glitter.

Here are the swatches!

I'm wearing Diamond Dust on most of my nails with Ruby Crush as an accent nail-so pretty!

Apologies for the pretty shoddy pictures, I'm using my Iphone but will be getting a proper camera soon!
